Let me share a personal story with you. I remember a very lean couple of months after I started my business. My husband and I sat at the table and start to check all the things I had done my job properly. "I did everything correctly … So what is wrong!? I want to scream. The truth of the matter was that I had done nothing wrong, per se, it felt like that because he did not have the number of customers than expected. Interestingly, in all other ways I had achieved all my business goals and deadlines. However, these achievements have been overshadowed by the anxiety caused by not having a long line of customers waiting to work with me. It turns out that after 6 weeks (which felt more like always), I had many wonderful customers. One would think as a coach to job search did not fall into this trap!
